♡First meeting♡

Aahana Sharma after the lectures was got assignments to complete making her morning worse. Obviously.

Her hands were full with three thick textbooks, her ID card kept flipping backward, and her earphones were hanging awkwardly from her pocket. She was speed-walking through the college corridor, mumbling to herself about an upcoming assignment.

And that’s exactly when it happened.

Thud.

Everything slipped out of her hands ~ books, pens, even the tiny hairclip she’d tucked into the pages.“Seriously?!” she burst out, dropping to the floor to gather her things. “Can’t people just look while walking? Itna bhi mushkil nahi hota dekh ke chalna, okay?”

The man she’d collided with bent down at the same moment, reaching for the same book she did. Aahana grabbed it first, glaring without even looking up.

“I mean, what were you even—”

Her words froze.

He was looking at her like he’d forgotten how to breathe.

Sharp jawline, black shirt rolled up at the sleeves, a faint cologne that shouldn’t have been legal this early in the morning Aarav Malhotra looked annoyingly perfect.

Aahana blinked. “Hello? Are you even listening? I’m literally talking to you.”

But he still just stared, almost amused, almost mesmerized.

“I’m… sorry,” he finally said, voice low, unexpectedly gentle. “I didn’t see you.”

“Obviously,” she snapped, stuffing a pen into her bag. “Aap log bas chalte hi rehte ho jaise poora corridor aapka ho.”

A tiny smile appeared on his face.

He wasn’t offended. He was intrigued.

He held out the last book. “You dropped this.”

She snatched it. “Thank you,” she muttered, not meaning it fully. And without waiting for another second, she brushed past him.

He watched her go the messy hair, the annoyed muttering, the absolute fire in her eyes and for the first time in a long time, Arav Malhotra felt something shift.

Something unusual.

Something he didn’t expect.

But Ahana had already forgotten about him… until....she found out.

Standing in the auditorium, listening to whispers around her "He's the new owner… youngest investor… Malhotra Group…"she looked up at the stage.

And her heart stopped.

The man she had yelled at in the corridor walked up confidently to the mic.

“Good morning,” he said, scanning the hall until his eyes found hers.

[while thinking in his mind:- after shreya left me it's been years I have never felt like this and today u made me feel something I don't know what's that feeling but...I just want to be close to you..... no..aarav don't...don't think that.]

That same small smile curved at the edge of his lips.

“As you all know, I’m Aarav Malhotra… the new owner of your college. I even have a company I think some of the people here already know me”

Aahana’s soul practically left her body.

“Oh great,” she whispered under her breath. “Bas yehi reh gaya tha.”

Now he's the owner of our college cool. Ughhhh I already hate him.

And from the stage, Arav was still watching her the girl who had bumped into him, scolded him, and walked away without a second glance.

And here Aahana in the auditorium whispering to her bestie [Riya] who is this guy? And why is everyone acting like he’s some celebrity?” Aahana whispered.

Riya looked at her like she had committed a crime.“Girl, don’t tell me you don’t know him.”

Aahana shrugged. “Should I?”

Riya rolled her eyes dramatically. “That’s Arav Malhotra. Billionaire, CEO, youngest investor in the city…

Aahana stared at the stage again, slightly stunned.

she leaned closer, whispering,“he looks even better in real life. I mean, uff.”

And while they both were talking, whisperin, Aarav was still looking at her with His eyes...a deep, warm hazel brown, the kind that looked almost golden under the right light held an intensity she wasn’t used to.

And then all the students went back into the classes.

Later...that evening after Aarav left the college while still thinking about her and the way she was being angry on her...

Oh fuck!! What have happened to me I'm not able to focus while driving.

It's been years I thought I would never find someone like Shreya to whom I gave everything my love, time, attention every fucking thing and then she left me without Even clearing anything between us.

She wanted to break up without any reason....After that I decided to never fall in love again..but when I saw her my world stopped,i was unable to breathe I just want her i crave her...idk if it's a obsession or...anything but I have never felt something like this before. Not even with Shreya[his ex].

No aarav this isn't right I can't....she's just a student of the college I own now...that's it.

But what was her name...?I want to know more about her...not just her name...but everything related to her....every single fucking detail.

The next day...

Aahana:-her mind kept wandering to the morning. The man she had yelled at is the owner of her college. The owner. Not just some stranger. Aarav Malhotra.

How… how does he even own this place? she whispered to herself, disbelief mixing with irritation. Bas yeh hi reh gaya tha, seriously.

She rolled her eyes, but somewhere deep inside, she couldn’t shake the memory of his calm, amused smile. The way he had looked at her, like he knew something she didn’t.

Ugh, stop thinking about him, she muttered, trying to refocus. But the thought lingered stubbornly, crawling into the edges of her mind like an uninvited guest.

For him, it was fascination. For her, it was irritation… yet neither of them could ignore the echo of that first meeting.

>Some meetings weren’t just accidents. They are sometimes meant to be.
